Educational work in the college is based on the implementation of the conceptual foundations of education, the plan of educational work of the college for the academic year and work plans for the month.

The purpose of educational work: education of comprehensively and harmoniously developed personality of the student on the basis of universal and national values.

The main tasks are:

1) To promote the formation of a patriot and a citizen capable of living in a new democratic society; to form a political, legal and anti-corruption culture of the individual; to increase the legal awareness of young people, their readiness to resist the manifestations of cruelty and violence among young people.

2) To contribute to the formation of spiritual, moral and ethical principles of the individual, its moral qualities and attitudes consistent with the norms and traditions of life of Kazakhstan society.

3) To promote the orientation of the individual to universal and national values, respect for the native language and culture of the Kazakh people, ethnic groups and ethnic groups of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4) To promote education of parents, increase their psychological and pedagogical competence in the formation of the student's personality, increase their responsibility for the education of children.

5) To form labor skills, economic thinking of the person and the conscious attitude to professional self-determination, to develop ecological culture, and also ability to perceive ideas of convolution and to be guided by them in daily life.

6) To form a motivational space that provides the development of intellectual abilities, leadership qualities and giftedness of each individual, to contribute to the formation of its information culture.

8) To create a space for the effective formation of healthy lifestyle skills, preservation of physical and psychological health, the ability to determine the factors that are harmful to health.

Priority directions in the process of educational work are:

1) education of Kazakhstan patriotism and citizenship, legal education;

2) spiritual and moral education;

(3) national education;

4) family education;

5) labour, economic and environmental education;

6) multicultural, artistic and aesthetic education;

7) intellectual education, education of information culture;

8) physical education, healthy lifestyle.

Education and training of a professional is one of the important directions in the system of education. The college organized an active cultural and educational work, which along with the educational activities of the student forms the quality of individual and creative personality. All activities in the college are organized and conducted by students. Much attention is paid to student government, the work of clubs.

Extremism and terrorism have become one of the pressing problems of our time.

Extremism threatens the unity of society and the integrity of the state.

Extremism means adherence to radical views and extreme methods of their implementation.

Extremism is always characterized by such features as violence or the threat of its use, fanaticism, obsession with defending one's own principles, inability to compromise. In its dangerous practices, extremism is often linked to terrorism.

Terrorism is an extreme manifestation of extremism. Terrorism is an activity aimed at achieving political goals through particularly cruel, frightening forms and methods of violence. It was widely used in the history of political struggle under religious banners, sometimes acquiring the character of genocide.

Especially often, extremism has turned to terror as a means to achieve its goals in recent decades.

The main goal of extremist groups operating in Central Asia is to create a theocratic state - Caliphate. They do not recognize the current secular regimes and they are in favour of changing the state structure.

The spread of radical ideas is facilitated by the disappointment of part of the population in the official ideology, socio-economic difficulties, high unemployment, when the only alternative giving hope is ideology. Favorable conditions for the spread of extremism and terrorism are emerging

Often ideologists of extremism form in the minds of their followers the image of the enemy - it can be the leaders of the state, representatives of other nationalities and concessions. Special intolerance manifests itself to co-religionists who do not share fanaticism and radical views. Therefore, the emphasis is on force methods of struggle, and dialogue as a method of solving problems is rejected.

How can we resist extremism?

The society and the state must fight extremism. Methods of this struggle are different.

The fight against extremism includes many measures, among which are the following:

  • prohibition of propaganda of national and religious hatred and enmity;
  • prohibition of the establishment and activities of public and religious associations that incite social and racial, ethnic and religious strife;
  • prohibition of the establishment and activities of organizations seeking to forcibly change the foundations of the constitutional system and violation of the integrity of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, undermining the security of the state, creating illegal armed groups.

The victims of questionable cults are from all walks of life, including wealthy and highly educated people. Easy money for missionaries can be those who are experiencing life's problems and difficulties.

They do not lead to spiritual purification and communion with the eternal, manipulating the person for selfish and even criminal purposes. Joining a cult can lead to the fact that your property will be in the hands of all sorts of "teachers", gurus, and you will lose family and friends.

In most States, laws prohibit the activities of organizations that cause damage to mental and physical health, property of citizens, destroying spiritual and moral values.

The leaders of pseudo-religions use the problems of the individual for their own selfish purposes. Trying to break free from the shackles of the past, the person falls into new shackles.

Of course, a lot depends on each of us. It is necessary to understand that the one who knows easy recipes from all problems and diseases, most likely deceives. The real religion does not promise deliverance from all woes, it only gives the person spiritual reference points within which he has to make difficult decisions.

Dear students of medical College!

* Do not engage in dialogue with persons who comes to you on the street and offer to attend a meeting of a religious organization.

* Do not attempt to defend your religious beliefs at the first meeting with believers or preachers of any religious organization.

  • If you decide to ask questions about the structure of a religious organization, do so without aggression or hidden irony.
  • If you are offered a leaflet, brochure, magazine of religious orientation, thank and politely refuse.

* Before you decide to attend a religious meeting, try to learn about it as much as possible, consult with friends, relatives, just with close people.

* When attending a meeting of a religious organization, remember that the purpose of missionary preachers is to persuade you to accept their teaching. Your goal is to understand and not get into the network of a destructive religious organization.

* Do not attend religious meetings alone, invite a relative or friend.

  • Under no circumstances should you be separated during religious activities, warn the preacher about it. If leaders insist that meeting it is better to leave.
  • To preserve mental and physical health, consider whether to hurt relatives and friends joining the ranks of religious associations of non-traditional direction.

* Do not try to find a purpose in life, success and peace in the ranks of religious organizations, missions, churches of non-traditional direction.

Consequences of staying in  a religious destructive organization.

After leaving the cult, even with a favorable environment in the family and the help of a specialist psychologist, a person feels like a stranger in a social environment. In this case, the typical problems of such a person are:

The anti-corruption standard of behavior of employees of MSE on REA " North Kazakhstan medical College "(further - the Standard) is developed according to article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 18, 2015" about anti-corruption "and represents the system of the recommendations directed on prevention of corruption in the sphere of the public relations arising at implementation of information and analytical, organizational and material support of activity of employees of MSE on REA "North Kazakhstan medical College".

  1. The standard is intended for the formation of sustainable anti - corruption behavior of employees of the MSE on the REA "North Kazakhstan medical College" (hereinafter - the College staff), to achieve an atmosphere of intolerance to any manifestations of corruption, as well as for the modern detection of corruption and prevent their negative consequences.
  2. The principles of the standard are:

1) legality;

2) transparency;

3) ethics;

4) respect for the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities and their protection from corruption;

5) avoidance of conflict of interest.

4.Employees of the college in the performance of official duties are guided by the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the national Assembly are associated with the decisions of political parties, public associations and their bodies.

Clear delineation of competence and coordinated functioning of all structural units and officials;

-refrain from addressing colleagues and managers with unlawful requests that violate the established order of relations that may affect their impartial official decision;

- do not accept, and do not give gifts in connection with the execution of official powers;

- do not use official and other information that is not subject to dissemination in order to obtain or extract property and non-property benefits and advantages;

- refuse appointment if it is connected with direct subordination or control of the persons who are in the close related relations (parents, spouses, brothers, sisters, children);

-they are active in combating corruption, in the disclosure of corruption offenses;

-immediately in writing inform the immediate supervisor of doubts about the legality of the order received for execution;

-support compliance with high legal and anti-corruption culture;

-on an ongoing basis, take measures to eliminate the causes and conditions of possible conflict of interest, corruption offenses and their consequences; observe official discipline and ethics;

-do not allow for the management of personal loyalty, the desire to obtain benefits and advantages at the expense of their job opportunities;

-for failure to perform or improper performance of their duties are civil, disciplinary, administrative, criminal liability.
